By accessing and using Sellurs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sellurs provides a platform for creators to sell digital products to customers. We handle file hosting, payment processing, and delivery of digital goods.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

4. Seller Obligations

As a seller, you agree to:

  • Only sell digital products you have the right to sell
  • Provide accurate descriptions of your products
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not sell prohibited content (see Section 5)

5. Prohibited Content

You may not sell products that:

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Contain malware or harmful code
  • Are illegal in any jurisdiction
  • Promote violence or discrimination
  • Contain adult content without proper labeling

6. Fees and Payments

Sellurs charges a 5% fee on all transactions. Payments are processed through PayPal and sent directly to your PayPal account. Additional PayPal fees may apply.

7. Refunds

Refund policies are set by individual sellers. Sellurs may mediate disputes but is not responsible for issuing refunds on behalf of sellers.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sellurs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
